With that set-up you could push Signet of humility down to about a 17s duration with like a 9-10s recharge (sorry a bit of a guesstimate, at work). So effectively you could shut down one ER engine completely, and another partially with the mantras and signet of humility. Once the engine is shut down you can either leave them to squander their existing mana and switch to E-draining another character, or continue focusing on them to remove their offense completely. In addition rend can help cover the nuetralization of another E/Mo if need be. And chilbains can be used to strip any warriors hitting you nearby with remaining balths, its high cost offset by incoming energy from the drains.

The problems I see is that it does no damage, and there isn't a real effective energy outsource other than chilbains, so you potentially have extra energy coming in that you cannot spend fast enough, but that isn't a huge deal. Also it may not be quite effective enough in shutting down E/Mos. There is a chance that the timing on the signet may get off without babysitting a target, and if it does it only takes one ER to get the target back to full again.

Hey, you copy cat! That's my build!!! Hehehehe, pretty damn close, actually. And it's also pretty damn good. I like this build almost as much as my IW build (oh, thanks for the help with that, guys!). And the thing is, they don't expect you to bring Humility with you, so when you shut it down they are like "omfg wtf bug kthxbai."
